And In the matter of : Krishna Mondal @ Krishnapada. ……Petitioner. Mr. Priyankar Ganguly Ms. Shalini Bairagi Ms. Pipasa Chakraborty ......for the Petitioner. Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, Ld. APP Ms. Piyali Chatterjee Mr. Soumalya Dutta ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner prays for bail in view of the detention for more than two years two months. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the memorandum of evidence signed by the investigating officer of the case which reflects that the evidence of the investigating officer, PW13 is in progress. Having considered the advance stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1987 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
