The revision petition was disposed of on 20.07.2026, directing the Sub Court, Alandur, to entertain the execution petition and dispose of the same on or before 30.04.2026. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that subsequently, though EP was numbered, the procedural delays have occasioned and now the EP is at the stage of production of fair final draft of the cancellation deed on 08.07.2026. 5. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the extension application and I am satisfied that there are bonafide steps taken to comply with the orders passed in the revision. 6.
