For Petitioner(s): Mr. S.Madhusudanan For Respondent(s): Mr. Mohammed Fayaz Ali Government Pleader ORDER (Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) This Public Interest Litigation filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 and to put up a Thar Road in S.Nos.227, 194, 195, 176, 175 , 209, 210, 211 , 230 at Udumalaipettai, Tiruppur District. 2. Even as per the petitioner's pleadings, a suit in O.S.No.233 of 2022 is pending on the issue. Vide order dated 16.4.2026, we ordered the petitioner to implead the pattadhars of the land in which the road is sought to be laid. Thereafter, again on 15.06.2026, we granted two weeks time to move an appropriate application, making it clear that no further time shall be granted. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 13757 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 Even today, no such application has been filed. We cannot enter into private disputes, particularly, when a civil suit is already pending between the parties where the petitioner figures as 7th defendant. 3.
