Learned State counsel informs the Court that he sought instructions from the respondents and he also makes a statement that the order has been complied with and the instructions have been shared with learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In such view of the matter, since both the parties are ad-idem that the order complained of has already been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives in these contempt petitions; accordingly, the contempt petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
