"Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to: a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ to quash the impugned E- Auction Sale Notice dated 02.02.2026(Annexure-C). b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and accept the OTS proposal of Rs.94,00,000/- in accordance with bank's settlement policies. c) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for retirement stating that as the petitioner has failed to give instruction and other difficulties, he is informed the same and given up all the documents. Hence, he may be permitted to retire. 3.
