In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 15th June, 2026 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.2 in Case No.RP/114/2024 and order dated 02nd May, 2024 (Annexure-D) passed by the respondent No.3 in Case No. R.A.(BAGE)422/2020-21 in respect of the subject land bearing Survey No.34 measuring to an extent of 1 acre situate at Diguvabandlakere Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bagepalli Taluk. 3. Heard Smt. Kalpana P.V., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Mohammed Jaffar Shah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the finding recorded by the respondent No.3 in the impugned order dated 02nd May, 2024 (Annexure- D), it is forthcoming that the respondents 5 and 6 are claiming right over the subject land based on the registered Sale Deed - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010588752026 NC: 2026:KHC:50666 WP NO.26818 OF 2026 dated 17th August, 1977. However, on the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of the subject land. Therefore, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in this petition as the petitioner is required to establish his right over the subject land in a manner known to law.
