Pator, the learned counsel appearing on behalf Page No.# 2/2 of the Petitioner and Mr. R. Borpujari, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1. I have also heard Mr. K. Gogoi, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.2. 2. It has been submitted by Mr. K. Gogoi, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate that the Petitioner has already received the amount of Rs.55,84,040/- and after the necessary deduction of tax, the amount paid to the Petitioner is Rs.49,36,729/-. In that regard, he has placed before this Court an order dated 19.01.2026 which is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 3. Mr. A. Pator, the learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that the Petitioner has duly received the amount after necessary deduction of tax. 4. Taking into account the above, the order passed by this Court dated 05.08.2024 in WP(C) No.2814/2024 has been complied with. 5. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings stands dropped.
