ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, the petitioners sought for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ, direction or order, directing the Hon'ble XIII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall Unit, Bengaluru (CH.22), to expeditiously grant

orders on I.A.No.1, filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure at Annexure A, and on I.A.No.6, filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure at Annexure B, O.S.No.26010/2024.
b. For cost and such other relief this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Trial Court in Original Suit.
3. The plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.26010/2024 before the Trial Court seeking relief of declaration and injunction and consequential reliefs. Along with the suit, plaintiffs filed I.A.No.1 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of CPC and I.A.No.2 under Section 125 of Karnataka Co- operative Societies Act seeking for dispensation of notices. After issuance of suit summons, the defendants appeared and filed written statement and also filed I.A.No.3 under
Order 1 Rule 10(2) of CPC and I.A.No.4 under Order 7 Rule 11(a) and (d) of CPC. Thereafter, the plaintiffs filed

I.A.No.6 under Section 151 of CPC seeking directions. Both parties have appeared and been heard on the applications. However, no orders have been passed on the said applications. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed seeking for early disposal of the applications.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the applications have been clubbed together and reserved for orders and matter has been posted for further hearing. Even after lapse of one and half years, no orders have been passed on the applications.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the applications as expeditiously as possible.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the applications i.e., I.A.No.1 to I.A.No.6 on or before 30.04.2026, provided there is no order of stay of the said proceedings granted by any Court of law.
