The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Rule, Order, Direction upon the Respondent Authorities to enhance the award amount which has been prepared in the name of mother of the petitioner, without determining the compensation amount in accordance with the parameters prescribed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act (In short LARR Act) and for such other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled to.” 2. It has been pointed out that alternative and efficacious remedy is available. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority by invoking appropriate proceeding. 4.
