Mr. Pushpinder Singh Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already made representations dated 08.03.2026 (Annexure P-1 Colly), specifically mentioning therein that their case is covered by the judgment passed in 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No.2056 of 2023, titled, Ghanshyam Dass and others vs. State of H.P. and others, along with connected petitions, decided on 21.03.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that their clients would be satisfied, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 08.03.2026 (Annexure P-1 Colly) in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in aforementioned case. 3. Faced with this situation, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the competent authority shall decide the representations and in case the facts of the petitioners case are akin to the facts of the aforementioned case, similar benefits will be extended to the petitioners. 4. Keeping in view the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representations of the petitioner within a period of 3 8 weeks from today, and in case the petitioners are similarly situate as that of the petitioners in the writ petition mentioned above, decided on 21.03.2024, the similar benefits be extended to them within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.
