Disputes have arisen between the parties under this Agreement. Therefore, the Applicants have invoked arbitration on 17th January, 2026. 2. Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the Respondent does not deny the arbitration agreement or the notice invoking arbitration. On instructions, he consents to the appointment of a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of all disputes and differences between the parties under the said Agreement. 3. Hence, this Application is allowed in terms of the following order:- [A]. Mr. Vivek Walawalkar, learned Advocate of this Court is hereby appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with Agreement referred to above. The Registry of this Court shall retain the said Statement on the file of this Arbitration Application and a copy of the same shall be furnished by the Advocate for the Applicants to the Respondents; [D]. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on such date either on V.C. mode or at such place as indicated to obtain appropriate directions with regard to conduct of the arbitration including fixing schedule for pleadings, examination of witnesses, schedule of hearings etc. [E].
