In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 14th July, 2026 (Annexure-D) filed for conducting Survey of the Plot Nos.16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in order to ascertain that who encroached the Plot No.16 belongs to the petitioner and to take necessary action to rectify the mistake. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the Plot No.16 belonged to the petitioner has been encroached by adjoining Plot owners and therefore, the petitioner is seeking survey of the Plots to ascertain that who encroached his Plot and to take necessary action to rectify the said mistake. In this regard, the petitioner is required to approach the competent authority by way of filing an online application. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to file an application through online seeking survey. If such an application is made by the petitioner through online, the same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
