Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 29.04.2026, issued by Deputy Conservator of Forests, Suket Forest Division, Sunder Nagar and copy of communication dated 28.04.2026, issued by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, (HoFF), Himachal Pradesh, Talland Shimla-1. A perusal of communication dated 28.04.2026, issued by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, (HoFF), Himachal Pradesh, Talland Shimla-1, reveals that the petitioner has been offered the appointment on the post of Peon in in Mandi Forest Division in the revised pay rules of the Pay Matrix, Level-1, Cell No.-1 i.e. Rs.18,000/- (Pre-revised scale of Rs.4900-10680+1300 GP), in compliance with the Labour Court Award dated 30.06.2015, passed in Ref. No.61/2013 as well as the judgment dated 24.04.2025, passed in CWP No.2199 of 2016, and he has been asked to report for duty along with the requisite certificates in the Mandi Forest Division within fifteen days from the issue of this letter. 3. Since the directions contained in the award passed by the Labour Court has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it made clear that in case the petitioner is not permitted to join in sequel to the 3 communication dated 28.04.2026, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
