Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant and Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant namely, Shri Nurjaman Hoque, in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 521/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/336(3)/340(2)/316(5) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted, being Charge-sheet No. 13/2026, dated 18.01.2026. In view of the aforesaid submissions, it is hereby directed that the interim protection granted to the accused applicant, vide order dated 06.11.2025 is extended until 24.02.2026. Before the expiration of the extended period, the accused applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court and seek appropriate relief, if so advised.
