By presenting this writ petition prayer is made upon concerned police authority to take steps based on complaint lodged. 3. Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 8th September, 2026 of Bagnan Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication are made over to the learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent no.5. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication that based on complaint lodged a criminal prosecution being Bagnan Police Station Case No.429/2026 dated 23rd June, 2026 was initiated and same culminated into filing of charge-sheet dated 21st July, 2026. 5. In view of filing of charge-sheet in connection with aforesaid criminal prosecution, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. [2] 6. Writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
