[2026:RJ-JP:7617] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous 2nd Bail Application No. 2310/2026 Rajesh @ Rajju S/o Shri Badri Prasad, Aged About 30 Years, R/o Dhani Sherawali Tan Rampura, Police Station-Shapura, District Jaipur Rural. (Presently Confined In Central Jaipur Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus The State of Rajasthan, through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Anish Bhadala For Respondent(s) : Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Public Prosecutor HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 18/02/2026 1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.356/2025 registered at Police Station Shahpura, District Jaipur Rural for the offence under Section 3/25 Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for last more than two and half months. He further submits that the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet in the matter. He also submits that the offence as alleged against the accused-petitioner is triable by the Court of Magistrate. [2026:RJ-JP:7617] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2310/2026] 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application and submits that there are long list of criminal antecedents pending against the accused-petitioner. 4. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as Public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available on record. 5. As per the rejection order passed by the learned Court below on 07.01.2026, there are as many as 24 other criminal cases pending against the accused-petitioner. The list of criminal cases pending against the accused-petitioner itself shows that the accused-petitioner is habitual of misusing the liberty of bail and therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge to the accused- petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the present second bail application is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Ashish Kumar /2
