Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12185 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. 4.
