In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 08.07.2026 issued by respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner in R.A. (S)(E) No.19 of 2026, vide Annexure-A. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the parties have preferred an appeal under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, it is incumbent upon respondent No.2 to issue notice to the respondents, call for the records from the competent authority and thereafter consider and decide the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, and the Rules made thereunder. 5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is accordingly allowed. The impugned Endorsement dated 08.07.2026, vide Annexure-A, issued by respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner is hereby set - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010579662026 NC: 2026:KHC:51680 WP No. 27257 of 2026 aside.
