ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for respondent would submit that the entire cheque amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs fifty thousand only) is received by the respondent. 2. The trial Court has passed the order on sentence against the revision petitioner to pay the fine amount of Rs.7,53,000/-(Rupees Seven lakhs fifty three thousand only) out of which Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs fifty thousand only) shall be paid to the respondent/complainant and Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) shall be defrayed to the State towards prosecution expenses. 3.
