The present writ petition has been filed ostensibly in public interest alleging unauthorized mining of stones and gravel in and around the Mossy Falls, Barlow Ganj, Mussoorie, Mussoorie Range, Uttarakhand and dumping of debris of the construction in Rispana river. 3. Indisputably, the issues raised in the writ petition are under consideration in WPPIL Nos.36/ 2022 and No.58/ 2019. 1 4. We are of the opinion that in case the petitioner is so advised, he may file intervention application in the pending PILs, but there is no need of registering a separate case for the said purpose. 5.
