1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to include the name of the petitioner in the voter list.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has disclosed the voter list at page 33 of the writ application wherein at serial number 597, it reveals that the name of the petitioner has been deleted.
3. This Court finds that instead of preferring an appeal against the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner has filed the present writ application.
4. Accordingly, this Court finds that no order can be passed in the present writ application but the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum by challenging the order
2 of deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list in accordance with law.
5. WPA 19465 of 2026 is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities.
