Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2. There is a challenge to an order passed by the Tehsildar in respect of the land bearing Survey No.63/1 admeasuring 1.93 hectares. 3. The demarcation issue has been decided by the order of the Tehsildar which is the subject matter of present writ petition. The learned senior advocate for the writ petitioner submits that the order is an appelleable order. 4. The learned advocate for the private respondent vehemently submits the issue has been settled long back before passing of the demarcation order challenged in the present proceeding. 5. In view of the submission advanced by the learned senior advocate for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy, in accordance with law. 2 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 7.
