Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in finalizing the answer key without properly considering and re-evaluating the objections raised by the Petitioner, in respect of erroneously marked questions, by changing the answer in the revised final key namely Question ID No. 3922666214 -Q.NO-134 in MEGA DSC-2025, wherein the initial key, the answer was given was matched the answer marked by the petitioner, and the If same was retained in the second (Final Key).
However, in the third release (Revised Final Key), the answer was changed and rejecting the Petitioners objections without assigning any reasonable order vide Rc.No.295553/ Schemes-1/2025, dated 25.11.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of the principles of natural justice, as well as violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), and 21 of the Constitution of India Consequently, direct the respondents to refer the questions to an independent expert committee to treat both answers as correct or award compensatory marks and to revise marks and merit list of MEGA DSC- 2025 by duly correcting the errors and re-evaluating the Petitioners performance through an expert committee, to treat the Petitioner as an eligible candidate and include his name in the final selection list in accordance with his merit and eligibility, to conduct certificate verification for the Petitioner and permit him to participate in all consequential stages of the recruitment process, and to set aside the proceedings issued vide Rc.No.295553/Scheme s-1/2025, dated 25.11.2025 and pass s IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to Permit the Petitioner to participate in the certificate verification and all consequential stages of the
