The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of order dated 21.04.2026 reveals that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that his case is entirely different than that of Sh. Yashwant Singh’s case, as his services were never taken over on contract basis, as he did not complete seven years of regular service in the year 2015. 3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy for laying challenge to the order dated 21.04.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, in accordance with law. 4.
