ARAVIND ORAL ORDER The limited grievance in the present petition is for a direction to the trial Court to consider the application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure on 29.07.2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the trial Court has granted an ex parte temporary injunction. It is submitted that, upon entering appearance, the petitioners filed detailed objections along with an application seeking vacation of the interim ex parte injunction. However, the said application has not been considered till date. 3. In view of the limited prayer made and the order that this Court proposes to pass, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4. The trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010638542026 NC: 2026:KHC:53018 WP No. 29353 of 2026 Procedure in O.S. No.256/2014 within six weeks from the next date of hearing, i.e., 10.10.2026. 5. It is noticed that the suit is of the year 2014 and, even after twelve years, the suit is still at the stage of plaintiffs' evidence. The trial Court is, therefore, directed to expedite the disposal of the aforesaid suit, within an outer limit of eighteen months from the next date of hearing. 6.
