Case No. 243 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87, 303(2) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (cognizance has been taken under Section 137(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023), pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and allegation is made of taking away the daughter of the informant. He next submits that she has gone on her volition and there is no allegation of doing any wrong by the petitioner. He then submits that the victim herself has not stated anything on that point in her statement recorded under Section 180 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of taking away the daughter of the informant. 4. Considering that the victim has stated nothing adverse against this petitioner, as pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and further the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur., in connection with Pakur (Mal) P.S.
