Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.03.2025. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 7. All the facts, as narrated in the instant FIR, have already been dealt with in the first bail application. Thus, at this stage no new ground is found to entertain the second bail application. 8.
