Learned Counsel for the accused has submitted in Court an affidavit by the Commissioner of the BDA enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 30.04.2026, wherein it is reflected that the land, which is subject matter of the representation, is sought to be acquired by the government for a proposed new layout.
