Sarmah, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for correction of inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated 04.02.2026, passed by this Court, in I.A. (Civil) No. 141/2026, filed by the applicant in the Contempt Case (Civil) 576/2024. 3. Mr. Sarmah, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 04.02.2026, in I.A. (Civil) No. 141/2026, a direction was issued for impleading some respondents/contemnors as respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 6 in Contempt Case (Civil) 576/2024. But, instead of this, the said respondents/contemnors ought to have been recorded as respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 7 and as such, Mr. Sarmah has contended to allow this application. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Sarmah, learned counsel for the applicant, I have carefully gone through the application as well as the documents placed on record and also perused the order dated 04.02.2026. 5. It appears that in paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 04.02.2026, in I.A. (Civil) No. 141/2026, a direction was issued for impleading some respondents/contemnors as respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 6 in Contempt Case (Civil) 576/2024. But, instead of this, the same ought to have been recorded as respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 7 in the said contempt proceeding. Page No.# 3/3 6. Accordingly, it is provided that, henceforth, in paragraph No. 7 the respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 6 shall be read as respondent/contemnor Nos. 2 – 7. 7.
