Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks the following reliefs: “I. Direction to respondents, particularly, respondent Nos.4 & 5 to issue relinquishment fards in favour of petitioner forthwith; II. Pass any order deemed fit in the interest of justice. III. Award costs of the present petition in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject land measuring 16 Kanals and 17 Marla comprising of Khasra No.1150 situated at Sr. No. 04 2 WP(C) No.675/2026 Village Salehar, Tehsil Bishnah, Jammu, is recorded in the names of three co- sharer, namely, Maharaj Singh Charak, Shamsher Singh Charak and Suraj Prakash Singh, each having equal share as reflected in the Jamabandi; and that after the death of Maharaj Singh Charak, Suraj Prakash singh intends to transfer the land in favour of the petitioner, however, the revenue authorities have not issued fard intikhab in his favour for relinquishment. Petitioner claims to have submitted a representation to the respondents on 10.10.2025 for the same, but alleged that till now, the respondents have not issued fard in his favour. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to the respondents, to consider representation dated 10.10.2025, contended to have been submitted by the petitioner, and take a decision thereon within certain time frame. 4. In view of the pleadings and submissions urged by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is, disposed of, at its threshold, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner and take a decision in this regard, as per the time-line prescribed under the Public Services Guarantee Act, from the date certified copy of this order is made available to them. 5.
