Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there were alleged seizures of 782 bottles of phensedyl, 1500 of Tapantadol Tablets, 6 nos. of Derobin ointment. Learned advocate for the petitioner additionally submits that petitioner is in custody for more than one year four months and hardly there has been any progress in the case. Learned advocate appearing for the NCB opposes the prayer for bail and submits that complaint has been filed before the learned jurisdictional Court and efforts are being made to progress with the trial. Having regard to the quantity of seizure in the present case, particularly, from the possession of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 2004 of 2026 is dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
