Heard Mr. Vivek Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Government Advocate for respondents / State. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:- “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ/order/direction in favour of the petitioners protecting their fundamental and human rights enshrined under the Constitution of India; ii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant police protection to the petitioners from their family members and issue a direction to family members from the competent authority to not fear or threaten the petitioners in any manner; iii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to record the statement of the petitioners fortifying their marriage Court/Authority; before the competent iv. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instance of the father of petitioner No.2, the Police is harassing the petitioners. 4. It has been pointed out by learned State counsel that the father of petitioner No.2 has not been arrayed as a party in the present petition. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, impleading 3 the father of petitioner No.2 as a party. 6. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh, impleading the father of petitioner No.2 as party in the present petition. 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
