JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI) Heard the learned counsel for the complainant and learned AGA appearing for the accused. 2. Disobedience of the order dated 02.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ petition No.9173/2023 is alleged. By means of the said - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010120072026 NC: 2026:KHC:50690-DB CCC No. 216 of 2026 order, the learned Single Judge had directed the respondent No.3 to conclude the enquiry, that was pending before the Tahsildar for more than 15 years, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. 3. It appears that the order was served in the office of the Tahsildar on 05.08.2023. After the contempt case was filed, an endorsement has been issued which has been submitted along with the compliance affidavit filed today in court. The compliance affidavit is taken on record. 4. An endorsement dated 25.05.2026 reflects that the enquiry was disposed of on 05.12.2023, regarding Survey Nos.62, 92 and 115 of Vakkodi Village, Bellavi Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk. In this view of the matter, and since we have perused the order dated 05.12.2023, which is on record as Annexure-R2, nothing survives in this contempt petition, which is, therefore, consigned. 6.
