ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“For the reasons stated above the Petitioner prays this Hon'ble court that after calling for the records and proceeds of the case this Hon'ble court be pleased to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 and 277 of constitution of India and to issue; a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriated writ or order or direction, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure E) and representation dated 13.02.2026 (Annexure E1) in accordance with law, within two weeks after affording an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner in accordance with law. b) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct a proper enquiry and ascertain the genuineness and identity of the vehicle allegedly intercepted and inspected near Mysuru Exhibition Area on 30.11.2025, by verifying its chassis number, engine number, registration particulars, ownership particulars and other relevant records, and further to ascertain whether the said vehicle was in fact the Petitioner's bus bearing Registration No. KA-12-A-7454 or a different vehicle illegally displaying and using the Petitioner's registration number, and thereafter take appropriate action in accordance with law against the persons responsible for such illegal use/misuse of the registration number. c) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to furnish certified copies of Inspection Report No. 12580, Check Report- cum-Receipt bearing No.957052 dated 30.11.2025 and all connected records,

including the enquiry report, mahazar, photographs bus, bus driver, statements and any other documents relied upon for raising the impugned demand, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court as Requested in representation dated 21.04.2026(Annexure- F); d) Any other appropriate writ or order or direction that be deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case be passed in the interest of justice and equity."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have failed to consider the representations dated 12.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 filed by the petitioner. It is further submitted that on 18.04.2026, the petitioner made a representation for the certified copy of the inspection report, and the same has not been furnished to the petitioner.
3. Learned AGA, representing the respondents, submits that they will consider the representations in accordance with the law within a period of two weeks. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

ii. The respondents are directed to furnish the documents in accordance with the representation dated 18.04.2026 and to consider the representations dated 12.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii. All Pending IAs in this petition shall stand closed.
