During the course of submissions learned counsel for the State has submitted that pursuant to the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in MAT 1275 of 2026, Transport Department is looking into the wholesome settlement of all issues relating to the time table. 2. Let the petitioner approach the office of the Regional Transport Authority, Purba Bardhaman, and may file an application. 3. The concerned authority shall decide the same in view of the directions of the Hon’ble Division Bench of 2 this Court in MAT 1275 of 2026 after giving an opportunity of being heard in accordance with law. 4. The authority shall deicide the same expeditiously and within the time framed as prescribed by the Hon’ble Division Bench. 5. The authority shall also convey the decision within two weeks to the petitioner from the date of passing of such order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expressions made herein shall tantamount to be expression on the merit of the case. 7. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the authority, if aggrieved by the same. 8. With these above observations the present writ petition stands disposed of. 9. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 10.
