Affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor is taken on record. 2. Mr. Prashant Agarwal, learned Advocate representing the alleged contemnor submits that upon hearing the parties, resolution has been adopted wherein it is found that the construction is illegal and unauthorized. In terms of Section 23 of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973, the matter of illegal and unauthorised construction has been forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur for further course of action. Thus, the order of this Court passed on 7th May, 2025 in WPA 263 of 2024 has been duly complied with by the alleged contemnor. 3. Mr. Bhagabat Chowdhury, learned Advocate for the applicant-petitioner concedes to such submissions. 4. In view of the above, the contempt application being WPCRC 72 of 2026 stands disposed of 5.
