Thereafter, the matter was listed to 25.06.2026. On 25.06.2026 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter is posted to 02.07.2026. 2. On 02.07.2026, when a question posted by this Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner about service of notice, learned counsel for petitioner submits that notice not served on the Respondents and the learned counsel did not take any steps from 2017 onwards to serve notice. It seems that the petitioner did not have any interest to prosecute the matter from the date of institution of this C.R.P. Therefore, this Court opines the petitioner utterly failed to comply this Court’s direction, hence this C.R.P is liable to be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 4.
