Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been foisted with the present criminal case after the lady was removed from the job. Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and questions the maintainability of the same. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS which is available in the Case Diary. Having considered the relevant provisions of the statute in the background of the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS, I am of
2 the opinion that the application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable in the present case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 2995 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
