All these petitions have been preferred by one and the same accused and therefore, they are disposed of by this common order. 2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent – State. 3. These petitions seeking parole leave have been preferred on R/SCR.A/14521/2026 ORDER DATED: 08/10/2026 (GJHC240761402026) the ground of arranging finance for settling the dispute. 4. Considering the averments made in the application, more particularly, the grounds mentioned therein as well as the jail remarks, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the present petitioner. 5. The petitions, therefore, succeed and are partly allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of ONE WEEK from the date of his actual release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in each of the cases to the satisfaction of the jail authority concerned on usual terms and conditions and with a further direction that the petitioner shall mark his presence before the nearest Police Station on the third and fifth day of the parole period. The petitioner shall forthwith surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the parole period. 5.1 Rule is made absolute to the above extent. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority forthwith. Registry to place a copy of this order in every matter.
