The learned counsel for the petitioner has therefore, sought to withdraw this bail application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to pray for regular bail. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Bail application is closed. Liberty is granted to approach the trial Court for regular bail, with an appropriate bail application.
