It appears from the materials on record that the proceeding had been stayed by this Court till the appeal was disposed by the Appellate Authority. It appears that the appeal has now been disposed of by the Appellate Authority on 18.05.2026 and till date the Certificate Officer has not proceeded with the case. 4.
