Mr. Deepak Kaushal, Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Abhishek Verma, Advocate, for the applicant/respondent. On 21.04.2026, this Court has transferred the matter to the Court of learned District Judge, Shimla, in view   of   provisions   of   Section   15   of   the   Commercial Courts Act, 2015. 2. By way of the present OMP No. 278 of 2026, a prayer   has   been   made   that   the   matter   pertains   to District Bilaspur, as such, a prayer has been made to modify   the   order   dated   21.04.2026,   and   instead   of transferring the matter to District Judge, Shimla, the same be transferred to District Judge, Bilaspur. 3. In view of the averments, the prayer is allowed. The above titled case is now ordered to be transferred to District   Judge,   Bilaspur,   instead   of   District   Judge, Shimla.  Application stand disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
