1. Heard Mr. A. N. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"i. to quashed the F.I.R as well as police of Mahila Thana Bilaspur entire charge sheet filed by the Distt- Bilaspur (CG) on dated 7.2.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur in respect of Crime no. 53/2024 registered at Mahila Thana - Bilaspur Distt- Bilaspur (C.G) for the alleged offence u/s /s 85,296,115(2),351(2) ,82(1) 3(5) OF B.N.S ANNEXURE P/2 & P/3. ii. To quashed the entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case no. 12235/2025 "State of C.G Vs Jayant Ram Bhagat & Others "pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur (C.G) in respect of petitioners ANNEXURE A/4, " in the interest of justice."
3. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioners have filed the present petition without appropriate pleading and appears to be no such averments made in the present petition. Further, the prayer clause is defective, as although charges have already been framed against the petitioners, the same have not been challenged in the relief sought. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file the petition afresh with appropriate pleading and prayer. 3

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by petitioner in the Registry of this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Government Observation Home (Boys), Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur. 6.
