JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 17th March, 2021 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.1 in Case No.RA(A):36/2001-02. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent No.4 that the petitioner and the respondent No.4 have entered in to a compromise and accordingly, have filed Memorandum of Settlement/Compromise under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 3. The petitioner and the respondent No.4 are present before this Court and they have been identified by their respective learned counsels. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010464592021 NC: 2026:KHC:50588 WP NO.22661 OF 2021 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent No.4 that, the parties have agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated in the compromise petition. 5. It is stated in the compromise petition that the respondent No.4 in its General Body Meeting held on 20th September, 2024 and the Executive Committee Meeting held on 20th April, 2025, had passed a resolution, accepting to give the petitioner herein the land to an extent of 10 guntas (10890 Sq.Ft) out of 1 acre 22 guntas. 6. Smt. Anitha H.R., learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 submits that the registered Sale Deed will be executed by the respondent No.4 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent of 10 guntas as stated in the compromise petition, within a period of four weeks, after obtaining 11-E sketch in respect of the portion of the land i.e., 10 guntas out of 1 acre 22 guntas of Medehalli Village, Chitradurga Taluk. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010464592021 NC: 2026:KHC:50588 WP NO.22661 OF 2021 7. In the light of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the terms and conditions specified in the compromise petition, I am of the view that, the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. 8.
