Roy Ms. Madhumita Sadhukhan ..for the petitioners Mr. Animesh Paul ..for the opposite party no.1 Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that though the original deed was produced but the learned trial judge rejected the prayer for sending the document to the handwriting expert on the ground that the original was not produced. The learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.1 disputes such submission. After going through the impugned orders this Court finds that the petitioners filed the application praying for acceptance of the certified copy of the unchallenged deed so that the same can be sent to the handwriting expert. After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to approach the learned trial judge. 2 In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 3142 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the learned trial judge.
