Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and noting that the petitioner has made a representation before the municipal authorities, on 21st July, 2026, appearing at page 23 of the writ petition, I am of the view that the municipal authorities must hear out and dispose of such representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order on an expeditious basis, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.
