ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) by the Petitioner/Accused No.9 for granting of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.136 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025 of Gudivada II Town Urban Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’). 2. Several times, there has been no representation for the Petitioner. Even after posting the matter under the caption ‘for Dismissal,’ there is no representation today. 3. Heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. As seen from the record, the Petitioner is arrayed as Accused No. 9. Specific overt acts have been attributed against the Petitioner. The custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is required to elicit further facts in the course of investigation. 5. In view of the specific overt acts attributed against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner, as it would amount to giving a shield, or protection or license to the Petitioner who had allegedly caused severe injuries to the victim, as per the judgments of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Gurbaksh Singh Sibbia v. State of Panjab 1 and
