Counter affidavit dated 22.01.2026 has been filed, wherein it has been stated that the girl has solemnized marriage with the respondent no.5, namely, Aman Kumar Hari and to substantiate this statement, the marriage certificate has also been appended being Marriage Certificate No. 802 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the basis of the averment made in the counter affidavit, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 4. Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought for instruction from his client, who is sitting in the Court, who has given him instruction to withdraw this writ petition. 5. The brothers of the girl, namely, Chandan Ram and Shiv Nandan Ram are sitting in the Court. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and, as such, disposed of.
