Rama Lingeswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record speaking order dated 29.06.2026 stated to have been passed by the respondent. Therefore, it is urged that the orders stand complied with. 2. Mr. K. Bheema Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, however, states that the speaking order does not advert to the aspect of payment of salary rather it proceeds on the issue of extension of service beyond the age of 58 years. 3. Be that as it may. Since, the interim orders was only to consider and dispose the petitioners’ representation, the writ petitioners now have to workout their remedies in accordance with Law. 4. Accordingly, the contempt case stands closed. 4 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
