Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the earlier order, particularly the issue relating to road traffic accident being considered in the petitioner’s bail application by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court. Having considered the above, I am of the view that these are issues relating to question of facts which are to be 2 appreciated at the appropriate stage of the trial. This court when the evidence of the prosecution is in progress cannot take the same into consideration. Having regard to the stage of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, State is directed to expedite the progress of the trial by fixing a schedule consisting of three dates in a month to take the trial to its logical conclusion. Accordingly, CRM(M) 2383 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
